Almost every night after his team's practice, as well as on the weekends, Shavlik works alone in the gym with his father, Kenny, left. "I don't push Shavlik at all to do anything," Randolph says of his elder son. "It's all him; it's his work ethic. He's just really dedicated to what he's doing."
