He's just into the program and is ranked as a seaman recruit.) ear after the formal ROTC inspection Friday morning. The boys mom, Teresa Morales (CQ) is on right. The Navy Junior ROTC Corps of Cadets at A.L. Brown High School in Kannapolis held it's annual inspection and drill performance in front of fellow students, schoolofficials and area politicians. Commander Griffith Jones (CQ, going down the line of cadets in the W.J. Bullock Physical Education Building at A.L. Brown High School), Area 6 commander for central CNET (Chief of Naval Education and Training), inspectsedthe cadets uniforms and equipment like rifles etc.
