Just before halftime, a fan painted in blue streaked onto the court Wednesday night as the Duke Blue Devils beat the North Carolina Tar Heels 83-74 at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The streaker ran the full length of the court twice before he was tackled, and arrested, by authorities.
