Hot dog man Bill Schwartz (CQ) hands a chili cheese hot dog over a barbed wire fence to United States Marine out of Camp Lejeune Ryan Amador (CQ) of Los Angles California. The marines were at the North Carolina State Port at Wilmington after arriving with one of several convoys entering the State Port over the last two days. Schwartz set up his hot dog trailer outside the fence of the State Port tand was selling food to the Marines.
