Nine-year-old Josh Ragan plays the theme to "Mission Impossible" on a guitar at his home in Linwood last Wednesday. Josh has lived his own seemingly impossible mission: a life and death battle against cancer that he won, but only after absorbing his lifetime capacity for radiation and the crucial yet heartbreaking decision to remove his fully-functioning right eye. If cancer should ever return to his body, there are no more known treatments Josh can receive to fight it.
