An honor guard prepares to take the casket of Chief Warrant Officer Stanley Harriman out of John F. Kennedy Memorial Chapel after a memorial for Harriman Friday March 8, 2002, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Harriman was killed in action last weekend in Afghanistan. He was the first North Carolina soldier to die in combat in Afghanistan.
