Two-year-old Javier Hernandez uses a broom to hold up a clothes line as his mother puts clothes out to dry in front of their home in St. Pauls Tuesday. Lilia Hernandez, Javier's mother, said that they have a washer but no drier so they dry the clothes outside on lines. "It's a good day to dry clothes," Lilia remarks as she looks up at the sky, "there is a lot of sun today."
