Pageant consultant David Bass (cq, left) makes a tailoring suggestion for reporter Amanda Greene's (cq, right) swimsuit. Greene sought out Bass's expertise to prepare her for the North Carolina Spot Festival Pageant (cq), and he taught her pageant skills including how to walk, stand, and dress. They were working at Hobbton High School (cq) in Sampson County (cq) during Bass's break from teaching drama at the school.
