A boarding crew on a rigid hull inflatable boat from the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Diligence boards the freighter Zim Iberia (CQ) based out of Haifa, Isreal (CQ) for a boarding inspection off the New York coast. The climb from the water line to the ships deck is 40 feet. Twelve Guardsmen head towards the ship that is over 800 feet in length. The cutter Diligence and it's 77 member crew have been on patrol since Sept. 12 (CQ) after being deployed due to the terrorist attacks.
