A 21 foot rigid hull inflatable boat from the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Diligence approaches the 800 plus foot- freighter Zim Iberia (CQ) based out of Haifa, Isreal (CQ) for a boarding inspection off the New York coast. Twelve Guardsmen head towards the ship that is over 800 feet in length. The cutter Diligence and it's 77 member crew have been on patrol since Sept. 12 (CQ) after being deployed due to the terrorist attacks.
