U.S. Coast Guard cutter Diligence Commander Ed Daniels (CQ)keeps a watchful eye on the freighter Zim Iberia (CQ) based out of Haifa, Isreal (CQ) while his crew is aboard the freighter on a boarding inspection off the New York coast. The cutter Diligence and it's 77 member crew have been on patrol since Sept. 12 (CQ) after being deployed due to the terrorist attacks.
