The remnants of Tropical Storm Hanna dumped much-needed rainfall as it moved across the region. More than two inches of rain fell on Charlotte, bringing some relief to the drought-plagued area. A drop of rain hangs from a sweet gum leaf, already showing it's Fall color due to the dry conditions.
