09/20/99: Princeville, N.C.: A dog sits waiting to rescued on the roof top of a flooded home in the Princeville, N.C. area Tuesday afternoon. Members of the U.S. Coast Gaurd out of St. Paul Minnesota, rescued this dog and four dogs during a search by boat of the flooded town of Pinceville Tuesday afternoon. The town was flooded after the Tar River blew its banks from all of the waters dropped by Hurricane Floyd.
