3/28/2001 An injured worker is lowered to the ground following a construction accident at Queens Rd. East. and Roswell Ave. Wednesday afternoon. A scaffolding collapsed inside an elevator shaft at the St. Serrant Condominiums construction site. This man was the first of two workmen lifted out of the shaft by the Charlotte Fire Dept.
