XXXXX is comforted by Wilmington Police Department Chaplain Henry Burkert left and a wilmington Plocie Officer at the scene of a fatal fire on North Carolina Avenue which claimed the life of her father. The cause of the fire which was reported shortly after 4pm Tuesday was under investigation.
