Carlos Miller Arrested Covering Occupy Miami Evacuation
Photographer Carlos Miller, who publishes the blog "Photography Is Not A Crime," was arrested while covering the police evacuation of Occupy Miami and he has spent the last few days working to successfully recover images police illegally deleted from his camera.

Accused Of Digitally Altering Photo, Sacramento Bee Suspends Veteran Photographer
The Sacramento Bee has suspended award-winning photojournalist Bryan Patrick over a front page photograph they say he digitally manipulated, and in the aftermath Bee editors have launched an investigation.

Ansel Adams' "Lost" Los Angeles Photos
Photographs Ansel Aams shot for Fortune magazine in 1940 in Los Angeles got tucked away in his files for a while, and then he forgot them. Years later when he re-discovered the set, for a token $125 he donated them to the Los Angeles Public LIbrary.
